Apostille
If any of your business formation documents are for use in a foreign country, you may need to validate them through an Apostille. We provide this service for your convenience.
Beneficial Ownership Information Report
Most newly-formed US domestic businesses and international businesses registered to operate in the US are required to file a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). This report provides the federal government with basic information about your company and the people who have the most control over its profits and operations. We offer BOI filing for just $9.
Certificate of Good Standing
When it is time to expand your business outside of Georgia, you will be required to register it as a foreign business in any other state. This will require that you provide a Certificate of Good Standing. A Certificate of Good Standing is a document issued by the Secretary of State that vouches for your business and basically says that you’re all good and in compliance. As an optional add on, we can obtain this document for you.
Certified Copy
A certified copy is an official copy of your document. It holds up just like the official and can be used legally.
Corporate Book
If you want an official binder to keep all of your business documents in one place, we can provide a corporate book as an add-on. This book has a place for all of your documents and we even provide a spot for upcoming meeting minutes.
Corporate Seal
For an additional price, we can provide you with a unique corporate seal to be used on stock certificates and any other business documents.
Mail forwarding
While our registered agent service covers your state mail, legal mail, and a limited amount of regular mail, clients who need more robust Georgia mail forwarding services can get a business address with a unique suite number and increased scans of regular mail, starting at just $49 a year.
S-Corp
If your corporation meets the requirements, we can convert your C-corp into an S-corp for an additional fee. An S-corp, like an LLC, exists as a pass-through entity and enjoys tax benefits because of that.
Tax ID (FEIN)
A FEIN is issued by the IRS for free through a simple online process. If that’s something you would rather not do, we can take care of it for a small additional fee.
