How do I change my Georgia Registered Agent?
To change your Georgia registered agent, you will need to file an Annual Registration ($55) with the Georgia Secretary of State, Corporations Division. Or, if you’ve already filed your Annual Registration, you can submit an Amended Annual Registration ($25).
Either way, you’ll need to include your business name, current mailing address, name and address of your new registered agent, and signature of the person filing. Both forms can be filed online or by mail.
